If you are just looking at bashy teams chaos are still better once they get started, or orc if you know what you are doing from the get go. WebLizardmen were slightly nerfed, by losing one trick in their bag (the 2+ dodges with break tackle). They are also slightly more expansive. But what were their big weaknesses? Agile teams and the MB/claw combo. The latter simply doesn't exist anymore ; and agile teams were much more nerfed than lizardmen.
