WebJul 7, 2016 · I am interesting in how you guys use the crystal forged plating, so just out of curiosity: If you manage to get the tech, do you think it is better than level 4 or 5 shields with capacitors? However, it's pretty worthless. A destroyer that's taken 50% will take over a year to regenerate back to full health.
