WebiRacing used to run fine on medium settings till january update. Had random stutters even though the frame rate showed 84 FPS ( I locked it to 84, Max possible frames are 120 for the GPU). Turned out the issue was with a system service "SYSMAIN" running in the background. Stopped it through the task manager and never had an issue after that.
