WebJul 29, 2008 · I have a crack in the outboard block starter bolt hole extending thru the countersink to short of the threads on one side, doesn't seem to be visable on the outside; other side of this hole is fairly superficial. Very tight crack I can barely catch a fingernail on the bottom. Yep, have a bent starter bolt and we all know how that happened.
