WebThe docs never said anything was wrong (not even costo) or that anything could be done about it. Doesnt hurt anymore, but I can pop my sternum on command now. Google a diagram of the bones in the sternum. My best guess is that the cartilage in my sternum got stretched and the bones were just clicking over each other.
